OVERVIEW
In this course, students will have a full set of tools to learn how to install, support, and troubleshoot a VMware Enterprise environment. Students will their own ESX Server, License Server, VirtualCenter Server, and use a variety of tools to support the VMware Enterprise. This course teaches students to build, support, and troubleshoot their own server.

PREREQUISITES
System administration experience on Microsoft Windows and Linux operating systems.

AUDIENCE
System Administrators, Engineers, and Operators responsible for setup, support, and troubleshooting of ESX Server and/or VirtualCenter.

SUMMARY
This course covers content from four courses that VMware offers. It’s all here and combined into one class that covers installing, supporting, and troubleshooting a VMware Enterprise Environment. This customized courseware covers content from VMware's courses:

We also take a look at 3rd Party tools to help assist in deployment and management of a VMware solution. Students will setup their own ESX Server, License Server, VirtualCenter Server, and use a variety of tools to support the VMware Enterprise. This course provides students the opportunity to build, support, and troubleshoot their own server. Students have a physical ESX server sitting right next to them in class - no virtual training. In other words, students have a real physical server to install and configure.

Overview:
This workshop teaches messaging specialists to monitor and troubleshoot an Exchange Server 2007 messaging system. Students will learn how to correlate client and server issues and resolve those issues.

Who Should Attend:
The audience for this course includes people with experience with Exchange Server 2007 or previous versions of Exchange Sever. These people will have experience installing and configuring Exchange Server, configuring recipients and mailboxes, and supporting Exchange Server clients. People coming into the course are expected to have at least three years experience working in the Information Technology field—typically in the areas of network administration or Windows Server administration—and one year of Exchange Server administration experience.

At Course Completion:

In this course, you will be introduced to the concept of the relational database and the Microsoft Office Access 2003 relational database application, and information management tools. Also, you will learn how to design and create a new Access database.

Who Should Attend:
This course is designed for students who wish to learn the basic and intermediate-level operations of the Microsoft Access Database program to perform their day to day responsibilities, and to understand the advantages that using a relational database program can bring to their business processes. The first day addresses job responsibilities that include working with tables to create and maintain records, locate records, and produce reports based on the information in the database. It also provides the fundamental knowledge and techniques needed to advance to more technical Access responsibilities, such as creating and maintaining new databases and using programming techniques that enhance Access applications.
